For orders under £40, delivery is just £3.95 and is shipped on a 1-2 day delivery service with Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked delivery.
All delivery information will be sent in your dispatch e-mail just prior to your order leaving our warehouse.

If you have chosen the next day delivery option, your order will be delivered by our chosen courier, you will need to be indoors and available to sign for your package.

We aim to get orders out as quick as possible (depending on what time the order is placed).
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
You can select standard or next day delivery for orders to offshore locations and the Highlands. The standard delivery will go with our chosen courier. Please be aware that some larger/heavier products and orders can incur additional charges.
Delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page and will be calculated depending on your shopping basket.
Something from my order is missing, what do I do?
Please contact us via e-mail with your order number and the product details of the missing item.
What about returns and refunds?
There is a 30-day return policy on most new unopened products, which can be exchange for other goods of a similar value or refunded in full. We also pay the return costs if the product is faulty or there has been an error on our behalf (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Certain products are excluded from our 30-day return and money back guarantee period. These items include food and drink which be will stated on the product information page.
You should expect a full refund within 4 weeks after posting your return.
If the product is faulty, contact us via e-mail with your order number, the name of the product, what the issue is, and we will get back to you as quick as possible, with instructions on what to do next.
Do you extend your return policy for Christmas?
Yes, we do! Our returns policy is extended to Monday the 10th January 2022 for all purchases made for Christmas Gifts!
Do you offer free returns?
No, we will reimburse delivery costs if an item is faulty.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, contact us via e-mail with your name and order number and we will try and cancel the order before it has been shipped.
If however, the order has been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for your order to be delivered and start the process of a return.
What happens if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
You will need to contact either Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping, whichever service has been selected to deliver your order.
You will need the tracking number that we provide to you in your dispatch e-mail to redeliver or to arrange to collect your package.
What happens if I've entered the wrong delivery address?
You will need to contact us via email to request an update to your delivery address.
If your order has already been processed and dispatched by our warehouse then you will need to contact the courier service directly to amend the delivery address.
You will need the tracking number that we provide to you in your dispatch e-mail to contact the relevant courier company to request a change to the delivery address.
How late in the day can I place my order?
You can place an order any time of the day. Depending on the time of the day you place the order, is when your order will be shipped.
UK Next day delivery orders placed before 1 pm orders placed on Friday before 1 pm will arrive Monday and orders placed after 1 pm will arrive on Tuesday)
