Returns Policy


How do I return an unwanted item?

There is a 30-day return policy on most new unopened products, which can be exchanged for other goods of a similar value or refunded in full.

We will also reimburse you the return costs if the product is faulty or there has been an error on our behalf (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). If there is no fault or defect on the item we are unable to offer a free return.

Certain products are excluded from our 30-day return and money-back guarantee period unless they are faulty or not as expected.

Upon logging into your account you can create a return request via the "my account" page - This will allow you to create a return request automatically and you just need to choose the options that fit your situation

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment up to 10 days after the receipt of returned goods.

Exchanges will be issued within approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of your goods. However, during busy periods, this may be extended.

Please include the dispatch note that was sent with the item with a comment on the reason for the return. 


If your item is damaged or faulty then we will reimburse you any return fees you incur - please be sure to keep your return receipt as proof of the return cost.


What if an item is damaged or faulty?

If you've been unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, please contact us through our contact page or email with your order number where we will run through the process of returning a faulty or damaged item.

To ensure a fast resolution, we require that you send us photos of any damage where possible. In many cases, we can find a solution with you to avoid the hassle of needing to send the product back.

We aim to resolve any issues with your order on the same day, whether that be processing a refund or dispatching a replacement

Can I cancel my order?

If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items - You can also reject the delivery when it is attempted and the courier will return the order to us.
